Brisket

Hi everyone I know that the discussion to wrap or not wrap is beat to death. What i am wondering is anyone wraps anything with there brisket suck as apple juice beef broth brown sugar other spices ect.. i do brown sugar and honey when i wrap my baby backs

I will add some moisture, either some beef broth, or some apple juice for what I call Pig Honey, which is a fish sauce mixture. For all it matters, it could be water. Just an 1/8 to 1/4 cup is all.

no brown sugar or any other spices?

I will typically use beef broth or juice collected from cooking the brisket.

I'm not a fan of sweet on brisket, so just some liquid for me, nothing else.

I use a mixture of beef stock, worsey, soy, and evoo
