"Kettle Cook-Off"

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING

___________________________________________________________________________________



1. The meal or food you prepare MUST be cooked on a kettle style cooker(Doesn't have to be a Weber).


2. This is an open category, meaning you can cook anything of your choice.


3. In your entry, you MUST include a photo of your food cooking on the kettle, though it doesn't have to be your entry photo. This can be included in your full cook thread in Qtalk if you prefer.


4. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this TD!



5. Standard Throwdown rules apply.



You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 5/3 through
the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 6/3/19.

Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 6/3.

Okay, I'm definitely in and my Smokey Joe is the only kettle I have so it will be used for all my entries.... I am planning on several. :mrgreen:

Let's see if I get an entry or if I get another Dilly Bar. :becky:

T-Bone steak seasoned with Naturrific Pepper Lime, Fiesta Fajita Seasoning & Duck Salt. Charro beans and sauted onions & peppers cooked on the Big Joe with some Mesquite for smoke. And a Margarita barely visible at the top right.

If I cook a pork butt can I enter the same cook in both the kettle and big butt throwdowns?
