Been a While, house is a Construction Zone and its been too bloody hot.
So

Lamb Shanks, rear Shanks from Costco, never seen them this fat and Small before.

basic Mustard Sauce and a South African Braii rub, minimal





5.5 hours at 110c, smoked with banksia Pod as usual.



Vonnies Poatoe Bake.
Jalapeno,onion,Bacon bits, cheese and Cream,Garlic of course, forgot the grilled Corn kernels.

Most delicious side with a great cheese crust.









Plated, very Happy.

That is one fantastic looking meal, but I must admit, the side dish has me captivated. Anything with jalapenos gets my attention. Nice job!!
 
OK I have to try that. Lamb shanks are a long time favorite of mine, but I always braise them. Do you have a recipe for that potato bake?
