Default Beef and Chorizo Burger

Its about a 70/30 beef and chorizo with a guacamole and mexican crema mix, topped with onions and cilantro and pepperjack cheese.

I make these too and they are always a massive hit.

I pretty much follow the same recipe except that my meat is half ground beef and half ground pork. I also chop up a few olives and pop them in.
