Full Fledged Farker
I realize it's a little late but, for the 4th of July weekend my friend Mike and I decided to cook some of our BBQ for about 50 friends and family at my house. Here's some pics from the event...
All 4 food groups were well represented: beef, pork, chicken and pork! On the menu we had pork butts and ribs, brisket, chicken thighs, cornish game hens, MOINK balls, baked beans cooked on the smoker with rib scraps thrown in for good measure.
Essentially, we took our competition setup and installed it in my back yard. Pork butts went on at Midnight and major preparations began about 7am on Saturday morning.
Mike is cutting the ribs
MOINK balls...YUMMY!
Some of our hungry guests
Finally the cooks get to eat...
