I just got some cracklings from my favorite butcher and I'm going to make some fried crackling bread. I have a large package of dried pinto beans. Does anyone have a good recipe for pinto beans? :icon_blush:
Just for something different, I was kind of thinking of cooking them so that they were somewhat al dente rather than cooked down until the broth was thick.
Any ideas are welcome.
