Egg was added first up in the little pie and about 10 minutes on the large one, as soon as the pastry started puffing up, mushroom added at the same time.

All times are rough and subject to beers.
Example , pie took 3 stubbies to cook :laugh:

I agree with you and thought the same thing when i first saw your pie on the pizza idea. Maybe call it Aussie "upside down" pizza. Sausage, sauce, veggies, cheese and a crust over the top.

We have a name for the Pie.
After much Market research and money spent we have named it Assabout Pie.
