Default Question about homemade sauce

When you cater an event do you charge for your sauce as well, or do you just throw it in?

We figure it in on our overall expense, and pass the cost on in our pricing. This means everyone ponies up for the sauce, and if someone doesn't want it, it's a few extra cents in the till.
