Default ServSafe Managers test...

Took the class and test back on January 9th and got my results back Friday. 96%!!! Very happy with that, and now our group at church moves one step closer to our new outreach ministry. Next step is a health department inspection.

Thanks Bubba. I'll ask the powers that be.

One of the projects we may be doing is a concert with a world famous jazz/funk quartet with a strolling dinner with various area restaurants. You may be interested in participating in that one.

Nice, I took the test late last year and I really enjoyed it... I thought the germ transmission information was invaluable..... We had a really great health inspector that helped with our class and he was a wealth of knowledge....Congratulations....
