Decided to get the uds goin and throw on some pork spares and some turkey sausage. I'll enjoy this rack while watching The Walking Dead tonight!!

It wasn't bad. Full belly and time for TWD in 45 minutes. To top it off, wifey put some chocolate chip cookies in the oven.
