Yes. I am impressed. Very impressed. After looking at the smoke output (or lack of) during my burn off the previous day, I knew enough to smoke at about 170 for a couple of hours, really three, and place of chunk of wood on the diffuser then wrap it up to 275. I'm going to enjoy this thing and can't wait to smoke a brisket or two in it

We smoked at the flood house. I need a little bit more time on the pork belly, but of course the sausages chicken and tenderloin were wonderful Sans sauce. We just got plum tuckered out working on the garage and sheetrocking this week so I packed it up and headed home but boy was it a delight to get it cool down and pulled into the garage. I just wish there was some way I could have a spare auger and fan box in case of emergencies. The pork belly edges we're really awesome. Kind of crisp it up today at school, I teach family and consumer science essentially home economics now. So I'm always cooking for the teachers and broadening students culinary knowledge

53878243_10219090408119999_7363424054046359552_n.jpgI have not felt excited about BBQing in two years. But the pellet cooker allows me to enjoy Rilee (girlfriend) and my family more. Olivia is getting big - gonna be 5. I tend to have it going when I am repairing the house though.
