No tacos today. :becky: Picked up a few dry aged ribeyes from our local supermarket

I went with different seasonings for each steak

Roasted some fingerling taters

On the grill grates

Didn't take too long

Put some lobster tails while the steaks rested. Love these 3-4oz tails. So tender and sweet tasting

Simple romaine salad

Sliced the steaks

And served on fine china :clap2::clap2:

I'm usually s&p only but BP steak rub is good. A lot more intense flavors and nice kick of black pepper flavor if you like black pepper. I love black pepper.
