Anyone have any ideas on how to improve this smoker? I am very satisfied with how it performs but I am always looking for ways to improve it. Either that or I will use them on my next build!

Great workmanship. The only other thing I would do would be line the bottom of the smoker and up the sides with sheet metal above the chip tray. What is your deer snack recipe?
