Default January. Thaw Beef cook pron heavy

Well it the first sun we had and the weather is nice thought I cook some beef on the dutch oven, Then give the shoulder roast some smoke on the end . starting the fire


Shoulder roast and chuckie rub with salt evvo , pepper

nice bed of hickory/whitek coals


add broth and aujuse base

sear beef on a very hot lid and dutch oven
Close up oven and let cook
some of our critters enjoing this wonderful day

Give the shoulder a kiss of hickory/whiteoak

After an hour took out wrap the temp was a little high but still very juicy

taters and carrots into the pot

after a short cook ready to eat

been a pretty good day here on the creek
