A Little Friendly Competition
My Son asked what was cooking this weekend and when I mentioned baby back ribs he said me too, want to swap a slab to see who's better? Well heck yes I replied so today we are having a little friendly competition.
 I slathered mind with mustard and a good dry rub after a 8 hour brine. I also whipped up a batch of my secret bbq sauce to up the ante.  On the XL raised grid with some spiced water underneath.  |

All done and ready for the competition.
 BBQ'ing in 35mph winds made it a bit harder but both of us had respectable entries. |
