Baby girls B-day.I worked all day on my grill build.(updates coming)...if I wanted another kid, Sunday would have been the day to make it with all that manly stuff...lol.(kidding ladies).

I forgot to take pictures of the side..:tsk:. We had great tater salad and slaw....wife did a fantastic job with those.

Getting ready for the rub down...9lbs.

After about 8.5 hours:

Off the pit wrapped and stored for about 45 min. Fall off the bone tender and an awesome taste....kids ate it up and the adults raved.

I have eaten it for the last three meals minus breakfast, that was coffee. I have the Marine Corps Marathon next month, maybe just one more butt before then....:thumb:

Thanks! I just lather the yellow mustard on, apply about 3/4 the container of Apple wood rub you see there, just eyeball the garlic powder, I 'd say about a table spoon for the entire butt, and the chili powder that same. I spritz with baby apple juice and Worcestershire Sauce 8 to 1.
