It was awesome. That recipe is the best dough I've ever had.
Was running 525-550 the stones went in as soon as the charcoal went in the should have been preheated for an hour but I was in a hurry!
 
Looks really good. A buddy of mine cooks them on his cooker and loves them. I still have yet to try it.
