Wing Time in South Jersey
A bit cool today, but my wife and I have a serious jones for wings.
Wings are rubbed in SuckleBuster's Clucker Dust and cooked on the Vortex with pecan chunks for smoke. The flats belong to my wife; the drumettes are mine and sauced. We love wings.

They look delicious.
I believe the vortex is the best way to make wings on the Weber!

Those wings look great. By far the best the yardbird has to offer. Vortex + pecan is absolutely the best way.
