Started out with chicken wings 2 ways - Simply Marvelous Cherry and Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy...

Then I gound up about 5 pounds of CAB chuck roast

After the second grind - it was a with the smallest die - can't find the one in between so these were a little finer then I normally like but not a deal breaker..

All cooked on the Egg - I went with traditional American cheese on mine, but we also had brie, goat, and swiss. I sautee'd up some mushrooms and onions.
Simple and delicious.
 
You don't have to go down on die size on the re-grind. You could go through the first die for a second time. I sort of like the more course grind you had to begin with and might would have stopped there.

Bet you all ate well.
 
Looks great L-M. It just so happens I got some wings to do today too:-D. I also just happen to have some SM Cherry in the cupboard.(thanks BBQ Bandit).

Any pron of the wings? Oh, and those look like perfect burgers too. Thanks.
 
Looks good from here too! Hopefully my new freezer will be here this coming week and I can start grinding and storing my own beef as well..
