They look even better when they are glazed.
 
Pig Honey is hard to catch. You have to hear it first. People often open the pit too much to catch pig honey. Glazing also ruins the process. Glaze only when you are done - The last thing before pulling it out. Make sure you have a thick medium too.
 
Man that looks good. Show us some pron after they're glazed.

Bigmista I know about what you call Pig Honey,,,I also know about Cow Honey too..My last Brisket did that very same thing.. I also like it when that meat starts getting those little eruptions of bubbles whenever you have done it up right.. It looks great over there as always Bigmista
