Every year we do a catering job for the Coliseum Hospital's critically injured children's ward. Most of the children attending have faced death and survived. Its a very rewarding catering job and makes you appreciate your family and life a little more. To see these kids running around screaming, laughing and having a good time is awesome. Most of the kids will need continued care for the rest of their life but have survived the worst. Here are a few pics early on before we got busy.
