Awesome Kirk, I am going to have to make some bread now. I haven't made any in a while. I use a spray bottle and mist the sides of my oven every 2 minutes for the first 10 minutes of the bake, and put ice cubes in my broiler pan at the bottom. Thanks again for the post!

Chicagokp got me into baking bread, wonderful artisan bread!

Very grateful.
My worst effort still kicks the cr@p out of commercially baked.
Go for it if you can, the master spoke true!

We make our own break all the time. There is nothing better then the smell of freshly baked bread in the house. Thanks for sharing your pics.
