Hey folks. I finally stopped lurking and created an account... I have been visiting the forum for months,and finally couldn't take not seeing everyone's pictures one more day. I love It when I accomplish a worthy cook,and I love It when others have that same pride in their cooks. It may take a while to get the guts to post my own offerings, but to view the great smoking outcomes of others may pull me in.
