Ok here goes. Didn't have a bun big enough for this creation, so I went with two slices of bread instead.

My Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Turkey Burger with sausage stuffing balls and pan fried bacon, sage, rosemary and thyme potatoes.

The burger patty maker BBQ Bacon used is made for making stuffed burgers. The bowl-shaped disk makes a cavity in the meat for stuffing.

The one I have is made just for making burgers, although you can make stuffed burgers with it. You have to make your own cavity for stuffing.

You can get either one from Williams Sonoma. One like mine is also available at Academy, although I was surprised to find that WS had the same price as Academy.
