Here's my list, both grilling and bbq. Got a lot of these books from various sources, friends and a few sent to me by Authors.
Had to put them in a spreadsheet just to make sure I don't get duplicates:

Here's one I might add...
Extreme Barbecue. Smokin' Rigs and Real Good Recipes by Dan Huntley and Lisa Grace Lednicer You never know when you'll need instructions for building a rig out of a couple of old filing cabinets or a good recipe for Frogmore Stew!

It's too bad that the Brethren site only lets you edit your post for a very short while. I've maintained posts like this on other site that I update the first post as people add stuff, so the first post is really the only one people need to read. Keeps things real clean and nice.

OK, so I've got 'America's Best BBQ: 100 Recipes' by Ardie and Paul Kirk (great book!), and I've just ordered 'BBQ USA' by Raichlen. Is there anything else I really need RIGHT NOW? I'm being tempted by Big Bob Gibson's book...Should I get it? Tell me what to do like I'm a retarded robot! Thanks!
