Default Glazed Ribs

I have always finished my ribs with sauce or nothing in the past, but tried something different this weekend and was more than satisfied.

After marinating the ribs in an apple juice marinade, I rubbed em and smoked for about 5hrs then finished them on the grill with a glaze made from a jar of sourwood honey and a jar of homemade apple jelly from a local burgers market. Very simple but some of the best ribs I've ever had!!

I would post pictures, but am new to this site and still trying to learn the ropes.

Interesting, never tried jelly in a sauce before, sounds good!
As far as posting pics, there is a sticky thread in the comments section that gives some info:

That sounds pretty good. I would try that.

Hurry up and get some pics up so we don't think you're pulling our legs.
