Default Dessert categories

Do you turn in the dessert category in the styrofoam containers or your own container? Is it six pieces of dessert or how does it work?

Thanks for your input.

Every competition is different. Check with the organizers for the rules.

We just did Rocket City BBQ in Huntsville. Here's a pic of our dessert turn in. We put 9 cups in the box and they provided the box. Most comps. will indicate the catagories that are included with your entry fee.

depends on the contest......but, for the most part, as long as number from the box is there, it can be wide open, up to contest reps....

I have learned the hard way, even if they tell you before hand that it has to go in the box, come prepared with stuff it put it on. We did a contest a few years ago that up until the cooks meeting they were saying dessert had to go in the box. During the cooks meeting a couple of cooks talked the rep into allowing anything goes with it. We did not bring our nice plates that we normally used. We had to scamble to get what we needed to make it look good. Follow the Boy Scouts, Always Be Prepared.
