Default Smoked a Skinny

Decided to try a Turkey Sausage Skinny stuffed with some Cheedar Jack. Pretty good still like Bob Evans or Jimmy Dean better.

Rubbed with a homemade concoction of what ever was in the spice cupboard.

BobF, Yes I just thought I would try the Turkey. I'm going back to Pork.

Buster, I took it to 165 then foiled until my chicken was done Hour and 1/2 I think.
