Default Finally some sliced brisket Im proud of

Finally some brisket I am proud of. The knife wasnt sharp enough to cut pencil width slices but the meat tasty and tender. Love smoked meats

That looks great. By the way, they slice it thicker than pencil width at the Central Texas BBQ Meccas where brisket is king.

I see only good things here that are making me hungry I typically cut mine about 3/8" thick, but I'm a Texan so...
