Back ribs, on at 10:00 am, off at 1:30, foiled for an hour with a nice Cabernet! Eat food, drink beer, float in pool. Heaven!

Thanks! They were really good. Paired them with Mirror Barleywine (Deschutes, OR).
Gonna have the leftovers with either Rogue Marionberry Braggot or Rogue Honey Kolsch. What would you choose? What's in your glass?
