Default Friday Night Steak Night...

After leaving Brian's this afternoon with some wine soaked oak barrel wood I just had to use them ASAP! I chipped up a handful to throw on the gasser with some NY Strips...



I seasoned the strips with some French Grey Sea Salt...



And cracked black pepper...
