Default Pron-filet, sea-salt baked potatoes, asparagus

Okay decided to try a couple things I hadn't cooked on the EGGGG yet
1st-Baked Potato-Put plate setter in egg legs down, & then pizza stone on top--coated em w/ olive oil, SEA SALT & CRACKED PEPPER-cooked @ 425 for 45 minutes-wrapped in foil put in warmer, next-FILETS!

NEXT, GOT BGE UP TO 750 FOR SEARING-THEN WILL REST FOR 20 MINUTES & THROW BACK ON AT 400 UNTIL IT HITS MY TEMP!

LASTLY PLATED EVERYTHING & CHOWED DOWN!

I guess I am going to have to break down and buy a BGE. Wish I could sear a steak that good and still have it come out rare/medium rare. I could eat all 4 of those. Nice pron.
