Do dreams change as you get older?????
Knowing that I was having in-laws come over for a Super Bowl party - I figure that I would show off a little bit for them. So I decided that this was a perfect opportunity to smoke some home made bacon today.
I also wanted to impress with my super fast mega accurate RED Thermapen. However, it became clear that it had been misplaced. I wasn't sure if it was because MRS_MRI was scrubbing the house or if I left it someplace that I shouldn't have. So we started looking - and looking - and looking. Then, on Friday night after a few drinks, I sat up in the middle of the night and dreamed that it was in Barry's travel bag at my mother-in-law's house. MRS_MRI didn't believe me, but we placed the phone call asking if the Thermapen was in that bag. Sure enough - there it was. I am a little disappointed that I am dreaming about my Thermapen and not half-nekkid chicks. The bacon, Strawberry Jello shots, and halibut turned out well today.

It has to be the red Thermapen. Saw it right off. I bought an orange Thermapen so I didn't have to deal with these issues. Buy an orange Thermapen and your dreams will be all good. You will be in tune with the universe.

Great looking food MRI_Guy. At least we can say we got knocked out of the playoffs by the SB Champs.
When I have epiphanies regarding misplaced beloved tools, seemingly unsolvable system problems, or great new recipe ideas I'm usually on the tractor. And I got over dreamin' about chicks (half-nekkid OR nekkid) a Long time ago. Keep up the good work. And hopefully you didn't call the in-laws looking for the marginally fast red Themapen in the middle of the night, because that would just be sick.
