Default Pork steak and a Fatty (W/Pron)

Decided to give the Fatty another go today. This time around, I thought I'd try JD regular, swiss, cheddar, smoked sausage and my dry rub. It came out great! Grabbed a few pork steaks and seasoned them up with my rub, did up one of the baked potatoes that one of you fine folks recently posted and added some corn. I was more than pleased with the way it all came out!

Nice job on the fatty, but isn't the butter a bit of overkill?

I guess I should pay more attention to detail next time...

Still a great looking fatty.

I was actually really pleased with the way the fatty came out. I would definitely do it again. Also, big props to Timzcardz for his experimentation on potatoes.
