Default Duck and noodles-pron x 2

Saw ducks legs at $12 lb and I have been craving duck so I jumped in.
Put them into the BSK with hickory and marinade of Chinese flavors.

For those interested:Mandarin dried skin, oyster sauce, garlic, star anise, honey, 5 spice powder, Mirin, rice vinegar, soy sauce and ginger.

Quartered some Bok Choy and blanched hokkien noodles in boiling water, finishing in the duck fat and marinade in the BSK.

Incredibly delicious way to eat it, knee weakening meal.

Thanks guys

Super job there, I love all the Asian influence you incorporate into your cooks, it even caught Deguerre into a post, that speaks volumes!
