Big Ribeye Steak Sandwich

I have a number of Big Ribeye Steaks so I thawed one out. Here are the ingredients for the rub.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Placed it on my CI Weber searing grate for 5 minutes per side.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Over to the indirect side as I waited for the IT to come up to temp.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]I then toasted the sandwich roll.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]I sliced up my Ribeye.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Spread on some Chipotle Mayo, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]some Jalapeño Pepper Jack slices and some red onion. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I made up some Blue Cheese Herb spread. [/FONT][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot](With butter, Thyme, Garlic and cracked black pepper)[/FONT] [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I put the steak on and placed it under a hot broiler for 90 seconds to melt the cheese and reheat the meat.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I then spread on the Blue Cheese mixture. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Then pickle slices,[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]tomato slices,[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and lettuce and the lid.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Here are the Plated shots with a Modern Times Lomaland Belgian-style ale.[/FONT]

The Blue Cheese Herb spread is to die for although I could barely finish half of this breast!
 
That is awesomeness to the Max. (I miss bread --and Copenhagen)
