About a year ago we were in New York City and ended up at a wonderful place called The Smith. I had the Sicilian Egg Bage. It was so good we ended up going back a second time.

This is super simple and amazingly good. Word of caution - it is easy to burn you mouth on this - take it slow :razz:

Nice- looks like a version of shakshuka. And, yeah, that'll burn the roof of the mouth right out of the oven or grill. :mrgreen:
