How much smoke flavor does it take on?
Anything you use butter with might as well do it with a smoked version. It's gotta be fairly cool out unless you have a climate controlled smoke box....which i'll do one of these days with a mini refrigerator.Exactly what I was thinking:-D.
I've heard of smoked cheese but not smoked butter. Tell us more about it.
Heck yea at least 3 hours... I go by color but that's an approximateThree hours? :shock: I only smoke cheese for one to one-and-a-half hours. That butter must pack a smoke wallop.
