Please allow me to introduce myself and howdy to all from beautiful Bakersfield, CA. We have a very large close knit family with lots of family gatherings and, of course, outdoor cooking, is among our favorite group activities. I am a lucky man to have such a great family.
I decided to try and take my game up a notch and am starting with a UDS, which is what lead me to this forum. I hope to learn from seeing with TWO eyes and speaking with ONE mouth. I will be watching twice as much as I will be posting for sure. Thank you all for the opportunity to learn from you.
