"For the record, the $100,000 USA Barbecue Championship will remain a sanctioned KCBS competition. Our main concern should always be the teams. My goal has always been to generate big paydays for the cooks. I feel you should get paid for the skills and dedication it takes to be the best."
There's more to this post and many others but that's another story. The good news is that NLR will be sanctioned by KCBS and run as always.
Looking forward to seeing people there and it looks like I have 3 helpers for this one and maybe a 4th.
