I got home late and SWMBO already started on the stove Chile relleno's. All I got to make is the sauce. The Chile's stuffed with dry Mexican cheese coated with egg white and cooked in oil.
Durazno's, cooked potatoes mixed with egg and cheese, fried in oil.
The sauce.
Mixed together.
Plated. Left to right, Pablano, anehiem and durazno. All veggies where grown in our garden.
Not much for Bbq other than I snuck in some pulled pork in some of them. Pugi
