Some good looking salmon there - that white wine probably went well with those Cajun spices -:-D
 
Nice...ummm...cedar paper? Is this something specific to BBQ or is it cedar veneer?

can't stand salmon but that sure looked good and a interesting way to cook for sure.

I'm doing salmon tonight myself but I'm using alder planks. Tried cedar once and my wife did not like it, said it tasted like the inside of a closet:puke: I thought it was good but if herself does not likey me no cooky.
