Well we just buit this for a local contractor and have decided to call this our signature series. there will eventually be a pro and and deluxe model we are actually kinda just getting started and our cookers have been performing very well
the back of our trailers have a step in, this allows us to shift our cooker either way before welding down and gives us the desired tongue weight we like.
we cut our firebox and and warming chamber out as one unit, this saved on welding and sped up the process
the cutout on thhe warmer at the bottom gives easy accesss to wash and clean warmer out. The warmer door has a piece added to it to close this section off
Tyler cutting the doors, they sprung some then I got on the phone to my Buddy Kam and he headed me back in the right direction (Kam is a master at cookers and has helped me tremendously(
looking at the inside grease trap. This is welded soild and you could actually close the ball valve and fill with water if you chose to.
making the fit to the cook chamber
We decided to strap the top, weld the hinges and complete the cutting peocess
