Amount of bacon

When building MOINK balls do you use a whole, 1/2 or 1/3 piece of bacon?

Yeah....and do you measure them with a verneer caliper, tape measure, or is it more of a "feel" thing?

IF the meatballs are the 2oz size I use 1/2 slice. IF they are the 4oz size I use a whole slice. :wink:

whole - most of those frozen balls are pathetic and you gotta camoflage their horrid flavor with enough bacon. If I ever roll my own balls, will probably try half.

Ok so if I use 1/2 a slice, what sweats first the balls or the bacon?
