Seasoned with Q Salt cooked on the Weber with Maple chunks and Carne Crosta added before the sear.

Only the cook was marinated.

Thanks for the info, I have the Weber gourmet grate with the cast iron center but have been thinking about getting one like yours. I will check it out. I have a Vortex and just love it for reverse searing a steak.
