:shock: Have a 20 gallon (over-pressure, bare presure) water tank converted for the Holy Trinity [The Smoker, The BBQ, & the Holy Grill]. Used standard 3/4" & 1" pipe for legs, air intakes, and shelf. I am welding challenged and have been able, to this point, make all facets work, with out welding; except, good control of the air flow. The closest I have found to what looks like it might work is the draft door on the Big Green Egg. The entire surface of the tank is round or curved (much like a gas canister, just no flat end) and I am looking for a draft that will accmodate such a surface. The cooker is orientated on its side and I would like to have a draft door on the bottom-half center. Johnny 7OMA
