Hello everyone My name is Glenn, I am from Southern MD and new to smoking...food that is. My only attempts were feeble and pretty dry to say the least, I hope to learn alot from all you knowledgable people here and look forward to building my own UDS!!!!. I am currently in search of parts!!! After this hunting season I hope to have plenty of Venison to experiment with.
