How about "Rancho Rocke's" with a moniker like "wood fired food".Would fit in with both Q and breakfast style especially in hispanic predominate area. Could use a logo of a cowboy/bracero knealing and cooking over a open pit.

We have nearby a place called "burrito shack"....and it is really just a shack! You would almost miss it if you didn't know it was there though. Really good eatin'!
