This past weekend, I was host to an 8 man poker tournament. To kick things off, I fired up the smoker and smoked 6 fatties, 6 racks of ribs, 20 bratwurst, and 40 ATB's. I figured I would share the pictures with you all to get your mouths watering. :wink:

... real nice ! I'd recognize that 'dera smoke ring anywhere. I bet your Q was the high point of the event for most of the group .... especially the losers.
 
Looks Very Very Good and must be some bigoll boys 8 man all that food. What was the game two hands and a nap? Looked good.

I wondered if anyone would notice the lack of a baffle. :icon_blush: It's on the list of things to do.....

Thanks for all the kind words. Everything went over well and the vacum sealer had a workout the next day. But that was all part of the plan. :-D

The only down side was me being the 3rd person out of the tourney.:evil:
