I really like the smoker, purchased it about a 1 1/2 years ago SteelCraft Products out of Rock Hill, SC. I don't think he is building smokers anymore. It is fully insulated and built like a tank (weighs close to 600 pounds). I haven't tried a whole hog on it yet, one of my next goals. He also added a removable water pan, I use it sometimes if I want to cook at lower temps. I can cook for about 16 hours with no problem.

Here is my little jewel. Lone star grillz smoker with offest. Does a good job.
I also have a weber kettle and a small masterbuilt cabinet smoker I use on occasion, mainly for my own meals so I don't have to fire the big one up. |
